Communications: Optional Controls

These switches show or hide individual controls in the Communications hub and the compose wizard. Each is off until an admin turns it on from the Beta features page:

• Communications: History tab — The History tab on the global Communications hub.
• Communications: Templates tab — The Templates tab on the global Communications hub (the /communications/templates page itself stays reachable).
• Communications: Automation tab — The Automation tab (Senders, Invite Lists, Triggered Sends, Slack notifications) on the global Communications hub.
• Communications: Static list audience mode — The "Static list" radio option when choosing who to send to.
• Communications: Schedule tracker badge — The Immediate/Relative/Recurring badge at the end of the compose-wizard step tracker.
• Communications: Limit to a session — The "limit to a session" audience-narrowing shortcut in the compose wizard.
• Communications: Duplicate send-test controls — The Message-step, per-row, and seed-batch test-send controls (the Review & Send step’s test-send stays).
• Communications: Advanced delivery options — Smart Send, Timezone, Weekdays Only, Avoid Weekends, Quiet Hours, Throttle, Frequency Cap, Sample Size/Delay, and the Recurring/Field-based scheduling tabs — leaves only Send Now and Relative (Before/After, Amount, Days/Weeks).
• Communications: Queued schedules — The Queued Schedules table on the Review & Send step.
• Communications: Activity log — The Activity Log table on the Review & Send step.
• Communications: Report tab — The Report tab on a single event’s Communications page (the report stays available under Manage → Reports).
• Active Emails Dashboard — Cross-event view of scheduled, active, and recently sent email sends.

Availability

Its current stage (Interested, In Development, or Early Access) is shown on the Beta features page (/beta). Turning a feature on there makes it available to your organization; features marked Interested are not yet available and can be requested from the same page.
