Audiences: Optional Controls

These switches show or hide individual controls on the Audiences list and detail pages. Each is off until an admin turns it on from the Beta features page:

• Audiences: Type filter — The "All types" filter dropdown on the Audiences list.
• Audiences: Status filter — The "All statuses" filter dropdown on the Audiences list.
• Audiences: CSV export — The export/down-arrow icon on each audience record.
• Audiences: Communication history — The Communication History component on an audience’s detail page.
• Audiences: Status badges — The Dynamic/Static, source-type, and sync-status badges under an audience’s title.
• Audiences: Form Answers source — The "Form Answers" source option when building an audience.
• Audiences: Salesforce Report source — The "Salesforce Report" source option when building an audience.

Availability

Its current stage (Interested, In Development, or Early Access) is shown on the Beta features page (/beta). Turning a feature on there makes it available to your organization; features marked Interested are not yet available and can be requested from the same page.
